Ed Dobner passed on 3/26/10. 

Details are unknown at this time but he was a good friend to shoe travelers in California for many, many years. He would have been 82 next birthday.  He is survived by his wife Pat.


Frank D. Kaplan 1/19/10

A former resident of Roxbury, Mass and Levittown, Penna, passed away January 19, 2010. He was 93 years old.
A decorated WWII officer, Frank was the Mid Atlantic representative for Sandler of Boston for 40 years and a Two Ten lifetime member. He is survived by his son. Harold Kaplan and his wife Dona of Medford, NJ. Harold has been in footwear industry for last 43 years. After serving in the South Pacific he mended his wounds and in 1946 joined A. Sandler and Co.Up until his last days he spoke of great memories of the footwear business he loved so much.
Any Memorial contributions may go to Two Ten orginization in Frank's name .

 

Elena Murillo 5/5/10

It is with a sad heart that I share with you the passing of Elena Murillo. Elena was a retailer and the owner of Scarpa from Costa Rica who passed away last week. She was a friend to many of us at SMOTA and she will be truly missed.

 

Mason Hiba 4/21/10

We are saddened to share the news that Mason Hiba has passed away. Mason was the owner of Masons Leather Boutique in Fayetteville, AR. He is survived by two young children and his wife Kay.
